Seeking Babylon will keep the party tunes flowing from 3pm to 6pm, followed by Aaron Stapler and Justus Storm from 6pm to 9pm. Finally, from 9:30pm to 12:30am, the Electric Mojo will bring Mardi Gras home.

For a more sophisticated event, to entertain clients or the executive team, Burritt on the Mountain is planning something special for Mardi Gras. On March 1st from 6pm to 8pm, Burritt will be hosting an elegant dinner featuring authentic Cajun cuisine.

Guests will be welcomed with a Hurricane Cocktail and appetizers that taste like they’re straight from a restaurant in the French Quarter.
