Blue Summit Supplies “Club Larry” Rewards Membership Terms & Conditions

We offer a rewards program called Club Larry ("Program") through (“Website”) that is open to legal residents of the United States.  The Program allows an account holder to accumulate and redeem “Points”, on an individual basis and solely for their own account. In order to be able to access and redeem Points you have earned, you must first register for an account through the Website.

All dollar amounts referenced in these terms or within the Program are in US Dollars.  


Loyalty Tiers 

Membership in the Club Larry Rewards Program has 3 membership tiers. 

  • First Tier – Insider: By creating an account through the Website, you will be automatically enrolled in the Insider membership tier and can begin earning Points.
  • Second Tier – VIP: By spending more than $1000 on qualifying purchases, you will be enrolled in the VIP membership tier. In addition to earning Points, you may also receive early or exclusive access to certain promotions. 
  • Third Tier - Business: By holding a Blue Summit for Business account type, you will be enrolled in the Business membership tier. In addition to earning Points, you may also receive early or exclusive access to certain promotions.


Membership in the Insider or VIP tiers is determined by the amount spent on Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) within a rolling 12-month period.  For example, if you spend $1000+ on Qualifying Purchases, you will be enrolled as a VIP member for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.  If you do not spend at least an additional $1000 on Qualifying Purchases within 12 months of entering the VIP tier, then your membership tier will be automatically downgraded to the Insider tier.

Membership in the Business tier is determined by account type and is only available to preapproved account holders participating in our local Blue Summit for Business program. Business members are placed within a hidden tier that can only be viewed or interacted with while logged into a Business account on the Website. No account holders without a Business account type may be enrolled in the Business tier.


Earning Points through Qualifying Purchases 

When you shop on the Website, your account will be credited with an amount of Points based on your current membership tier, as follows:   

  • Insider members earn 2 Points for every $1.00 spent on any “eligible product” that is purchased and not returned ("Qualifying Purchase").   
  • VIP members earn 3 Points for every $1.00 spent Qualifying Purchases. 
  • Business members earn 3 Points for every $1.00 spent on Qualifying Purchases. 

The quantity of Points earned from a Qualifying Purchase is calculated based on the subtotal, after all discounts have been applied.  You do not earn any Points for amounts spent in connection with applicable taxes, shipping, or delivery fees. When products are returned for a refund to the original payment method, Points will be deducted from your account for the amount of return, net of taxes, shipping and handling.  

Points earned on Qualifying Purchases are shown to the user immediately but held in Pending status for a 14-day approval period. Items returned to us within the 14-day approval period will no longer be considered a Qualifying Purchase and Points will be removed from the account. Points in Pending status cannot be redeemed at checkout until the approval period is complete.

“Eligible products” include regular priced merchandise purchased by an individual consumer directly from the Website. Points may be withheld on the purchase of products at bulk or products already receiving a discounted rate. Points redemption may also be restricted on the purchase of other certain restricted products. We reserve the right, and you hereby grant us the right to review account activity for purchase patterns that fall outside the intended use of the Program. We have the sole discretion to determine whether your purchase patterns violate these Terms and if we make such a determination, then your Points will be forfeited and your account may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion. 


Earning Rewards Points Through Activities 

You can earn Points through participating in various activities on the Website.  For example:

  • Creating an account earns 200 points
  • Subscribing to our newsletter earns 50 points
  • Liking or following us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram earns 50 points per platform
  • If the date is provided, your birthday earns 500 points
  • Referring a friend who in turn successfully makes a purchase earns 1000 points
  • Leaving a verified product review earns 250 points (This Activity may be completed for Points once per month. Points earned on product reviews experience a 7-day approval waiting period before Points may be redeemed for discounts.)

These amounts are subject to change. Additional earning Activities may be added. All Activities are subject to removal at any time.


Redeeming Rewards Points 

You can redeem Points for discounts that will be applied to the purchase price of eligible products. Currently, 100 points can be redeemed for $1.00 off the purchase price of eligible products. Points can be redeemed on the checkout screen using a points slider to apply the discount. A maximum of $20.00 may be redeemed in a single transaction. This redemption limit is subject to change at our sole discretion.

Points cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, including the purchase of discounted subscription purchases or recurring orders. Points or applicable rewards cannot be applied to previously purchased products and are only eligible on next purchase. Points redemption may be restricted on certain ineligible products.

Additional limited time rewards or offers may be available from time to time as part of promotional periods. We also reserve the right to substitute a reward of comparable or greater value, at our sole discretion. 

Users that make a purchase without creating an account may enroll in the Program post-purchase and receive Points earned on the purchase by creating an account on the Website. Points will only be retroactively to such a purchase applied if an account is created by the user within 3 days of the purchase. Points earned on such a purchase will be subject to the standard 14-day approval period before Points are redeemable for discounts on future purchases. No Points will be given to users for creating an account beyond the 3-day post-purchase window.


Expiration of Rewards Points

Points will automatically expire twelve (12) months from the date they are earned or if the Program is terminated, whichever is earlier. It is your responsibility to monitor your account and Points status. Points which have been allowed to expire may not be added back to your account.


General Rewards Program Conditions 

You agree not to abuse the Program and any social media platforms connected to the Program by conduct which is detrimental to our interests, including without limitation, attempting to accrue points or redeem Points in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the intent of these Terms, attempting to earn points through illegitimate channels, participating in redemption fraud, or tampering with the Program or its tools. 

We reserve the right at any time to (a) suspend or terminate the Program at any time; (b) add, modify and/or delete any parts of the Program, the Points you can earn in connection with completing any Qualifying Purchases and/or any limitations placed on total points you can earn in connection with any Qualifying Purchases; and (c) create, add, withdraw, amend, or otherwise change the ways in which you can earn and/or redeem rewards Points, at any time at our sole discretion, with or without notice to you. Rules for earning rewards Points through Activities may include number of rewards points earned for the activity, number of times reward Points can be earned for a particular activity, maximum number of reward Points that can be earned, and criteria for earning rewards points. We also reserve the right to make additional Activities and rules for the activities available only to select account holders, and may be based on purchase activity, geographic location, level of participation, account type, and/or information supplied by you.  

Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may give by the new Program terms and conditions updated on this page. Your participation in the Program after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to check back regularly for any updates and changes.  

You cannot transfer, substitute or redeem Points for cash. Your Points have no cash value. Insider and VIP members cannot give or transfer Points to anyone else. For Business users who share a Company account, Points are only applicable to earning or redemption by individual users and are unable to be shared with other users at the same Company. This is a technical impossibility at this time and may be changed in the future. Business users may transfer their points to another user on a case-by-case basis. 

Once you redeem Points, the redemption cannot be reversed and is final. No Points or equal cash refund will be returned to you if you attempt to return a product that was purchased using a discount via redeemed Points.

The Program is not valid with in combination any other programs that we offer. By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the Program or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any rewards points or products attained, achieved or received through this Program.  

The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered, misdirected rewards Points, requests, items or other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Program, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, the tabulating of rewards points, the announcement of the Program or in any Program-related materials. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Program, who are acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or who are otherwise not in compliance with these Terms as solely determined by us may be removed from the Program and all rewards points will be void. The Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Program or downloading materials from or use of the Website. All questions or disputes regarding the Program, including without limitation those involving eligibility, participation, fraud and abuse, will be resolved by us. 

Your participation in the Program constitutes permission for us and our designees to use your name, biographical information, image, likeness and/or statements about the Program for advertising, trade, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. 

Your personal information collected in connection with this Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy that can be located here

The Program is void to the extent prohibited by law.
